Heralding the next generation of Digital Asset Management (DAM), Prismpoint™ Portal 2.4 is a sophisticated storage, databasing and distribution system, enabling team members and associates to easily find, view and share their digital files, right across the globe. Leaving the unwieldy hierarchal-folders metaphor behind where it belongs in the dark ages of computing, Portal offers multi-relational tagging, searching and filtering capabilities. The same resources can be grouped into a myriad of arrangements, enabling maximum creativity, flexible efficiency, and precise tracking control.

Colorhythm offers Prismpoint™ Portal as "Software as a Service (SaaS)," an elegantly customizable solution hosted from our blazing server farm and maintained by our highly-trained staff. We offer robust redundancy on our international Content Delivery Network (CDN) or can accommodate high-scale mirroring across the globe if your organization requires an up-to-the-minute, international shared storehouse. We'll help you plan best-practice metadata protocols and also offer affordable media trafficking services should you wish to outsource the uploading and/or metadata entry of your organization's files. Colorhythm is a proud, major contributor to a number of open source projects, including the ResourceSpace DAM project, and fervently supports the collaborative model of development and business that open source promotes. ResourceSpace itself contains a wide range of features contributed by Colorhythm, and we share in its copyright. Prismpoint™ Portal is also continually renewed by the efforts of the ResourceSpace community of users and developers, and both projects benefit as a result.

The software we make available through our commercial offerings represent fully administered, supported and hosted solutions with additional features not available in the open source code, including integration with our services and the other applications in the Prismpoint™ System; exhaustive metadata mappings and enhanced file format preview support; carefully pre-configured permissions and options; among other differences.
