Jeff Harmon founded Colorhythm LLC in 2000, building on his skills as a publishing software developer, imaging specialist, and color management expert.
As digital imaging manager with previous companies, he automated catalog production for Levi Strauss and Co., produced and retouched images for The Gillette Company, Procter & Gamble, Marriott, Ernest & Julio Gallo, Unilever, Sears, Pfizer, and Mattel, among others, as well as worked on numerous software development projects.
Jeff speaks at national conferences alongside gurus such as Photoshop Color Correction author Michael Kiernan, who praises his knowledge of catalog production and calls him "a consistent innovator in color management and workflow automation." He's also worked closely with Robin Myers, inventor of Apple’s ColorSync, and Bruce Fraser, noted author of several classics in the Real World technical book series.
His digital imaging career started in 1993 while finishing a Master's degree in Psychology at Wesleyan University. He also earned a Master's degree in Liberal Studies, authoring a thesis on the neurophilosophy of free will in relation to social identity politics. This background bolsters his knack for people-skills, helping him design user-friendly systems and assist clients in articulating their needs.
